This Show Stopper includes 3 lbs of Giant (13-15ct|) Cooked Black Tiger Shrimp, 2 lbs Snow Crab Claws, 1/2 lb of Lobster Meat, 1/2 lb Smoked Salmon, 500ml Country Style Cocktail Sauce, all arranged on a 18" platter or can be done on 2 16" platters.
Arranged on fresh green leaf lettuce and garnished with lemon.
