White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cake

White chocolate cooked with cream set in a vanilla cake base filled with raspberries, with vanilla and chocolate sponge cake, finished with a marbled raspberry glaze, dark chocolate quills, and covered raspberries. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days or keep frozen for up to 2-3 months; serve at room temperature.

 

Ingredients: bleached wheat flour, sugar, cream, white chocolate (cocoa butter, cocoa mass, cocoa liquor, soy lecithin, vanillin), dried egg whites, skim milk powder, modified starch, baking powder, salt, sodium aluminum phosphate, monoglycerides, pectin, citric acid, soya fiber, sodium stearoyl lactylate, xanthan gum, sodium metabisulphite, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, flavour, polysorbate 60.
